1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 2-4 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery in 1-2 business days.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping on orders over $70.
  • Flat-rate shipping for domestic orders.
  • Shipping fees calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.

4. Order Tracking

  • A tracking number is provided via email once the order ships.
  • Customers can track orders through UPS.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • Some products may not be eligible for shipping due to state laws.
  • No shipping to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted regions.

6. Handling & Packaging

  • All orders are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items

  • If an order is lost or damaged in transit, contact Customer Support within 2 days.
  • Claims for stolen packages must be filed with the shipping carrier.

8. Returns & Exchanges

  • Customers must make contact in 3 days of purchase for a full refund.
