Shipping Policy

- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Rates
- Free shipping on orders over $70.
- Flat-rate shipping for domestic orders.
- Shipping fees calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.
4. Order Tracking
- A tracking number is provided via email once the order ships.
- Customers can track orders through UPS.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- Some products may not be eligible for shipping due to state laws.
- No shipping to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted regions.
6. Handling & Packaging
- All orders are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items
- If an order is lost or damaged in transit, contact Customer Support within 2 days.
- Claims for stolen packages must be filed with the shipping carrier.
8. Returns & Exchanges
